Meet the Chiropractors
Kristina Jensen, D.C.
Dr. Jensen has been practicing in Delray Beach since 1996 and has been associated with Inner Health Chiropractic (formerly Gold Coast Chiropractic) for over 20 years. Dr. Jensen grew up in Lighthouse Point, FL, and received her B.S. degree from the University of Florida in 1987. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College in 1994 and moved back to South Florida in 1996. The techniques she utilizes are primarily Thompson Drop, Full Spine, Flexion-Distraction, Activator, Upper Cervical and Extremity Manipulation. She has had prior affiliations with the Delray Beach Jaycees, Imperial Point Center for the Healing Arts and Hospice of Palm Beach County. Dr. Jensen also has great interest as an energy healing practitioner and working with athletes. She is a certified Theta Healing Practitioner and a Reiki Master.
Douglas Manolakos, D.C.
Dr. Manolakos has been practicing in Delray Beach since 1992. He is a 1989 graduate of Life Chiropractic College. Originally from Merrick, Long Island, Dr. Manolakos moved to Palm Beach County in his teens and upon completing chiropractic school, returned here to start his practice in 1992. Dr. Manolakos is the happy father of three boys and one girl and is an active member of his community serving as a soccer and basketball coach for his sons’ teams. He’s a sports enthusiast and frequently works with amateur tennis and golf players. He utilizes primarily Full Spine, Thompson Drop, Flexion – Distraction, Activator techniques and Extremity Manipulation. Dr. Manolakos is also certified in Markey Distraction Technique.
Dr. Ralina Campbell, D.C.
Dr. Ralina Campbell is a chiropractor and founder of Align & Bloom Chiropractic. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve movement, and achieve their health goals through personalized care.
With advanced training in dry needling, pregnancy and postpartum care, pediatric chiropractic, and corrective exercise, Dr. Campbell focuses on treating musculoskeletal conditions using a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and dry needling.

Dry needling is a technique that uses thin, sterile needles to target tight muscles and trigger points. It can help reduce pain, improve mobility, decrease muscle tension, and support recovery from injury. Dry needling is commonly used for neck pain, back pain, headaches, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
